Welcome to Dreamhouse Thursday. This is another one of my Goliath dog walk finds in Thirroul, New South Wales 2515. The large windows take in the best of the beach views, I love the open plan kitchen and a swim is only minutes away.

Dreamhouse Thursday  – the low down

If I had to guess the price in the current market down here, I’d say $1.3 million especially given the house across from it recently sold and had a price guide of $1.5 and was bigger and better views.   In Thirroul, 2515, a three bedroom house has an average price of $850,000 and for that you’re looking at a 196o/70’s house in need of modernising and 20 minute walk to the beach.  Thirroul is considered a high interest area with more than 800 people looking at each property on line (this compared to 400 views for most NSW properties). *realestate.com.au
